Blisterpack is a term for several types of pre-formed plastic packaging used for tablets, capsules and any other solid form. The two primary components of a blister pack are the cavity or pocket made from a "formable" web, either plastic or aluminium - and the lidding, made from paper, carton, plastic or aluminium. The "formed" cavity or pocket contains the product and the "lidding" seals the product in the package. Lidding MaterialsAluminum Foil Foil designed to work in high performance blister machinery, in compliance with FDA regulations. 20 and 25 mc, hard and sof t temple, printed or unprinted, laquered for specific printing systems such as Rotogravure, Flexo, UV, CSAT or digital.

Child resistant Blister Lidding Foil
Peel/Push Blister Lidding Foil for pharmaceuticals calling maximum child resistance. Benefits: -Child resitance is achieved because this foil features Excellent mechanical resistance, Three-step action necessary to access the product. Consistent Peel of the paper/PET -laminate from the Aluminum Reliability of the peel/push process due to the high sealing strength of the aluminum to the bottom material (in the range of 20/15mm - 7.5Lb/inch Extended product shelf life due to total barrier to moisture, oxygen and light. Sealable to PVC, PVdC, PP, PET, and Cold Form Blisters. BP:
Security Foil Integrated artwork & graphic information provides unique identification of aluminium without changing physical properties of the packaging material. The foil can be converted to blister lidding foil, coldformable foil, sachet foil etc. Benefits
BP: Formable Plastics and FoilsPVC Thi thermoplastic polymer is the most common forming material mainly for solid forms wihich are not affected by humidity, non higroscopic products. 250mc to 500 mc gauges in any color.
